Loved Coach, Frank Payne, was unjustly fired from three coaching positions at the Clarence High School for advocating for his family. He was an outdoor and indoor varsity track coach, and a varsity football coach. Frank Payne was a universally loved coach and he was unjustly fired, therefore those who have signed this petition adamantly believe that he should be brought back to once again coach at the high school.
