Recently, in the drive-thru of Taco Bell, my heart was struck with news of the Caramel Apple Empanada being discontinued. This is, was and will always be one of my favorite things on the Taco Bell menu. I feel I am not alone in this and the people would be willing to move forward with me to get this delicious dessert back on the menu. We need to rise up against this madness and start enjoying this sweet pocket of caramel goodness again.
