I've been a dedicated supporter of the Carolina Panthers since their inception in 1995. As a lifetime fan, I've felt the highest highs and the lowest lows with them. Right now, I am deeply concerned about the direction of our beloved Panthers. I firmly believe that bringing Cam Newton back as the quarterback can help steer this team back to its winning ways, as well as boost team and fan morale. Panther nation and the city of charlotte have deep love for cam. During the return he could help mold, and guide Bryce young and more than anything, provide support to persuade young to have a stronger voice, and “speak up”, which cam has never had problems with. 

Cam Newton, our team’s most successful quarterback, was released by the team in 2020, leaving a deep void for many fans, including myself. As a former MVP and a quarterback who led us to Super Bowl 50, Cam is not just a player but a symbol of team spirit and determination. According to Pro Football Reference, in his nine seasons with the Panthers, Cam Newton threw for 29,041 yards, 182 touchdowns, and held a passer rating of 86.1. 

Rehiring Cam is not about restoring past glory, but about recognizing his ability to lead the Panthers in crucial times. His connection with the community, as well as his highly energetic playstyle, brought something unique to the field. I believe that bringing him back is the key to reigniting the spark in our team and our supporters.
