We all know and love block 5. Or we used to. It was a time where students could do work, go to clubs, and visit teachers. It was a perfectly timed part of our day. Portland high school has ruined this with WINN block in an attempt to stop skipping. Newsflash, but people skip WINN too, and more that block 5 because they are locked in their advisory doing corny slideshows nobody cares about. Clearly PHS doesn't care about the needs of their students. We have one ask, being back block %!
