Our veterans fought for our country and many households hold ANZAC day very close to their hearts because of their family they lost or still have fighting today.

The 2021 Moomba parade has been given the green light to go ahead after being canceled because the public caused uproar so let’s do the same for our ANZACS. To cancel ANZAC day but not Moomba is just down right disrespectful to those who fought for what we have today, those who are still fighting to keep what we have, and those who’s families still live on. 

Not only is Moomba allowed to go ahead so was the Chinese New Year parade and celebrations just as Melbourne was starting its last out break of COVID-19 which sent us into a snap 5 day lockdown. I believe this shows what our state leaders are really about, everyone else but the people who gave us what we have today so please sign this petition in honour of a family member who has or is serving currently, someone close to you a friend a neighbour, for your self, or just for the ANZAC spirit in itself. 

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them.
