Dear Petition Signatories, 

I have more information I'm choosing to share with you, if my heartbreaking story of losing my Dad wasn't bad enough. After my recent radio interview on Power FM, my Mum later told me my Dad had previously had a PSA test prior to his late diagnosis, but his doctor/mate at the time failed to inform Dad of his results. This negligence cost my Dads life with his advanced stage Prostate Cancer. I am devastated all over again to think how my Dad was let down from the medical field. So much more vigilance and education is paramount as it's detrimental to lives. I'm sad to share this. Please don't wait for your gp to ask or tell you, you must self-advocate, unfortunately.
