Do you have a favorite sports' team? Think of this petition as A TEAM EFFORT in a sports game! I have finally set up a goal strategy to enforce the WHITE LIGHT BAN and to enforce darker sky or 2200K lighting as a NIGHTTIME REQUIRENMENT!
Just like teams, they have to find strategies and use them to their advantages to get the opposing teams to lose. (Those teams would be city legislators who continue to ignore this movement and battle.) Despite tons of cities working on AMBER or DARKER SKY LIGHTING globally, the use of WHITE LEDS still hits higher in other cities that seem to dispose/discard the POWERFUL benefits of AMBER LIGHTING in our streets.
Our Goal set is:
3000 Signatures VICTORY 1
4000 Signatures VICTORY 2
7000 Signatures VICTORY 3
10000+ Signatures FINAL VICTORY and STRENGTH of movement

Strategy 1: You DO NOT HAVE to contact legislation IN ORDER to be APART OF THIS MOVEMENT! I only recommend this because the RISE IN VOICES is what makes a movement (TEAM) successful in its winning! You DON'T need to contact legislation or governments IF YOU DON'T want to. Your voice is STRONG enough here to amplify the movement!
Optional Strategies for those WHO ARE MOVED onward: Many have signed and contact city and state governors. And to those who have just further amplify my GOALS as a TEAM LEADER into bringing back these streetlights. And these people are LIKE THE DEFENSE and OFFENCE of the team. These members play the ROLE in voicing out and telling cities how wrong it is to USE white lights for our streets.
Final Strategy - The GOAL MOVEMENT: The signatures act as CATALYSTS and VOICES that say, "Hey I need help!" And these VOICES are the ONES who MAKE my strategies and movement possible! Many like Dhar Mann, Mark Baker (Founder of soft lights foundation) have signed this and voiced out and cities like LOS ANGELES CA have felt that pressure. Some who sign this are EVEN BUSINESS OWNERS AND STATE LEADERS and that's what makes THE MOVEMENT balanced between THE ONES WHO act and the ONES WHO just sign!
REMINDER: YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A BUSINESS OWNER OR STATE LEADER to NOT feel obligated to CONTACT others if you sign this! Strategy 1 SAYS and PLAINLY STATES THAT just signing HERE is enough! There are 0 OBLIGATIONS to do anything else! Those who volunteer just help as the OFFENCIVE AND DEFENSIVE.
Teams have OFFENCE, DEFENSE AND SUPPORT. So, the SUPPORT doesn't need to require anything else beyond signing here! That's what allows me TO move cities without HAVING TO TRAVEL or SPEND BILLIONS. As I myself aren't the richest here. But I always FIND A WAY to enforce new changes even IF those changes are harder hurtles. Those hurtles can't stop a team when that team is STRONG and has the balance and strategies it can take! and THAT'S why I have a 4 GOAL SET system! So this team can be STRONG and WIN the ENFORCENMENTS of amber lighting on our streets again!
Even those who've signed this petition outside the US has also PROVEN that they themselves HAVE FOUND ways to contact or JUST SIMPLY voice their concerns! CITIES OUTSIDE the US have taken this movement seriously! Just DEMONSTRATING that even OTHER COUNTRIES have shown that YOU DON'T have to BE OBLIGATED to contact or sign anything else to make YOUR VOICE heard!
