Mayor Tim Keller continues to argue that WHITE LEDS are better such as:

- Cost efficiency
- Crime Reduction/Public Safety Claim
- Contract Support from Dalkia
- Continues to counterargue ENVIRONMENTAL GOALS

But, what he's doing for the city is CONTINUE to install NOW OFFICIALLY 3 TO 5 ROWS of WHITE LETHEL LED STREETLIGHTS on Central Ave, and the city has had put their foot down.

For Tim Keller's sake of THINKING these resolutions I counter argue with:

- Citywide residents leaving due to sleep disruptions
- Economic Structures continuing to collapse under pressure
- Official Nighttime Wildlife leaving nearby reservations and Bosque losing animals
- Stress on Trees in older neighborhoods
- Lethel sleep Disruption in Human Health
- APD and Car accident percentage spike (0.8^ Rise in a 6 month window)
- City Unrest and Copper Stripping of white led infrastructure
- Rise in SILVER ALERTS (Study connection to THE WHITE LEDS)
- Turning streets INTO LASER SUNLIT BLINDING pavement
- Businesses installing their OWN AMBER HPS streetlights AS A PRIVATE PILOT PROGRAM
- Albuquerque Public Schools SAFETY CONCERNS and RE-INSTALLING HPS lights with SOLAR PANEL LIFE

My list goes on here. But the issue is, while Keller is ARGUING PRETTY much every SINGLE thing here. His initiative on these white lights AREN'T validating CITY AND STATEWIDE concerns on the LETHELIZING INFRASTRUCTURE. And while he may continue to "bribe" or find ways to keep continuing HIS REASON, "why". The city is claiming they had ENOUGH and want AMBER AND VAPOR LED streetlights EVEN WITH SOME OFFICERS DEMANDING to REINTRODUCE AMBER AND VAPOR LED streetlights or the CITY will continue to fall with them NOT supporting CRIME.

This issue has gotten SERIOUS and if ALBUQUERQUE'S MAYOR keeps rolling out ROWS of these streetlights, the ROOT CAUSE is that while he "THINKS" these lights are working, IT'S ALL IN HIS head. People, Law Enforcement, Attorneys and even LAWSUITS from NATIVE RESERVATIONS are demanding a REAL EXPLANATION and continue to FIGHT for RESIDENTS voices to be heard.

Crossroads LED – State of the Art Retrofit Luminaires And Phosphor Amber LED streetlights is a GREAT company who again has PUT ABQ as a case study for WHITE LEDS. Companies such as, "Super Bright LEDS" has continue to MANUFACTURE white leds as COST EFFICIENCY but they keep UPROOTING the cause of their lights and contractors like Dalkia WHO CONTINUE to make contracts to KEEP ABQ under LETHEL lighting, the SHEAR LEVEL of frustration is THE TIP OF THE ICEBURG as Tim Keller continues to "THINK" WHITE LED lights are better.

CONCLUSION: WHITE LEDS ARE BECOMING LETHAL in and AROUND ABQ NEW MEXICO and TIM KELLER'S ARGUEMENT/COUNTER ARGUEMENTS don't and will NEVER JUSTIFY his THEME on these white leds. Thus, his fight FOR THESE WHITE LEDS is CLOSED and he can NO LONGER KEEP FINDING REASONS or EXCUSES to keep installing white led streetlights across Albuquerque New Mexico!

KEEP SUPPORTING this petition and PLEASE by all means! CONTACT CITY ADMINSTRATION if you see outages AND VOICE THIS CONCERNS as Mr. Keller continues to BASICALLY fight for NOTHING in return at this point. Because for Keller's REMAINING reasons, CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED to any FUTURE ARGUEMENTS on his REASONS, and I HAVE GLOBAL WIDE backup to put an END to white leds altogether. Companies like Crossroads LEDS had CONTINUE to LEVEL PRICES and CONTRACTS so that way cities or municipalities who KEEP fighting or fear the COST OF AMBER LEDS to EASE anxieties and to CONVINCE CITIES to just move on and BRING BACK AMBER streetlights.
