Bring Back A Safe Toronto
The Issue
Bring Back a Safe Toronto!
Today, an 8-year-old boy was struck and killed by a stray bullet while lying in bed in his own North York home. An innocent child—taken by senseless violence. This is not just heartbreaking; it is a wake-up call.
Since taking office, Mayor Olivia Chow has raised property taxes by 16.4%. Despite this, safety in our city has worsened. Residents are afraid to walk the streets, take the TTC, or even visit hospitals—now guarded by police watching over criminals in chains.
This is not the Toronto we knew and loved.
We are paying more, but getting less. Less safety. Less peace of mind. Less confidence in our city’s leadership.
We demand that Mayor Chow take urgent and meaningful action to restore safety and order to our communities. Our city cannot afford to lose another innocent life.
We welcome compassion. We support fairness. But we do not accept lawlessness, fear, or inaction. We don’t want criminals running our city. We want our Toronto back.
Sign this petition if you believe it’s time to prioritize safety, accountability, and the well-being of every Toronto resident—starting now.
