Our campaign proposes a 'Best of Both Worlds' deal. Just as Disney-MGM Studios successfully licensed non-Disney IPs like Star Wars and Indiana Jones in the 80s and 90s, Disney can sell the studio back but keep the content where it belongs:

-Keep most of Fox's content like Avatar,The Simpsons,and Ice Age on Disney+ through a long-term licensing deal and to keep the existing Fox library available for streaming.

-Have Disney still keep the rights to Deadpool,The Fantastic Four,and X-Men in the MCU,but sell the studio back.

-For Disney Parks, Pandora – The World of Avatar and the upcoming Avatar expansion at Disney California Adventure (expected to begin construction in early 2026) would remain under Disney’s operation through licensing, similar to their deal with Marvel in Florida.
