Following the Scottish Government’s announcement that the recovery phase for schools has been accelerated to reflect the success in containing Covid-19 and the reduced need for distancing measures, we are keen to build on this momentum to ensure that this fact is also reflected in the provision of 1140 hours to the nursery-aged children of Falkirk.

There is a large meeting of Falkirk Council tomorrow when this subject is on the agenda. Please make a difference by taking a moment to email the individuals noted below to highlight the importance of prioritising this important service and ensuring equality with other councils in Scotland who are committed to offering 1140 hours as soon as possible.
