Witnesses and evidence demonstrate that they have a history of working with and riding horses despite their injuries or health issues. Here are just a few examples:

Ram Shake was posted for sale on Craigslist on June 3, 2021. In the sale ad, the seller stated that he had tweaked a tendon and needed time off to recover. Zac and Kylie purchased the horse, aware of his injury, but they did not allow him the necessary time off to heal. Only five days after the sale advertisement was posted, Kylie shared a video of Zac riding him.

Witness: Despite the veterinarian confirming that Bailey had a leg injury and should not be ridden, the owner observed that Kylie and Zac appeared to have allowed her to run in a barrel race. This was evident from Bailey's braided tail and the sweat marks on her back. Additionally, before the owner purchased Bailey, Kylie and Zac intentionally lied about her condition, omitted the fact that she had an injury, and attempted to scam the owner out of $3,500. There is much more to this story, including Kylie and Zac’s actions when they were caught in their lies and scams, which will all be posted soon.

Witness: Sunny is being used as a lesson horse even though his patterns are nearly touching the ground (DSLD) and navicular.

Witness: Salty was only a yearling when he broke his leg under a panel. Kylie and Zac claimed he had just pulled a muscle, so they had him walk it off and lunged him instead of seeking immediate veterinary care. A month later, after his pain continued and people continued to comment on it, he was taken to a vet in Weatherford. The veterinarian discovered that his leg was broken, and surgery was necessary to repair it.

Kylie states in a post that a few days before Precious passed away, she was used in a barrel camp. Later in the post, she states she cannot wait until the day she can see her again in her young and ache-less body, implying that Precious wasn't fit to be ridden so hard but was still being overworked. Witnesses assert that Precious was excessively overworked given her age and health condition, and she should have been retired long ago.

The name of this horse in the video is unknown, but despite the horse's clear, continued signs of being in pain, Zac ignored the signs and continued to work with and ride it. According to Zac, the horse had a broken splint bone.
