Kylie and Zac confine animals in tiny pens without food, water, or shelter. Various witnesses have documented this over time.
Zac claims they don't use anything smaller than a 20X20, but the evidence proves otherwise. Zac admits horses do not have shelter during mid summer. I have a video dated December 3, 2023, taken by a former client, showing Aggie confined in a tiny pen without shelter and weaving, which is a sign of distress.
On March 29, 2024, Kylie posted that the Sheriff’s Office was called out for an animal welfare check. Her post included pictures of horses in small pens without shelter and a video showing the officers observing only a few horses that were displayed rather than investigating all of the animals on their property. In the video, one officer remarked that the horses “look good,” referring to the few displayed horses. However, Aggie, who was in terrible condition, was not among the horses displayed, which suggests that the officers did not observe all of the animals on the property. It is uncertain whether or not the officers observed all the animals on the property; however, the lack of acknowledgment regarding the neglected horses during this wellness check and previous checks suggests that the officers either did not conduct a proper investigation or failed to take appropriate action.
Since I am limited on what I can include in these updates, additional evidence is available upon request.
