It’s not ok to create a toxic work environment because you are in a position of power.. Several actresses either left the show due to the environment they were working in or were laid off because they dared to speak out against it or found issue with it. 
Some were written out because they spoke up.. This show run by men failed to see the value of their female cast. 
Ari’s last air date is quickly approaching and we are wondering and even hoping she was written out with a happy ending.. but I’m pretty sure it will just leave us with many unanswered questions and a desire to just stop streaming..

What happened is not ok and we don’t know the whole story, we weren’t there. But if you’ve ever been in a toxic workplace then you know the feeling.. the feeling of needing your job and keeping your head down when everything inside of you is saying you’d rather be anywhere else even though you like your work.. a few rotten eggs can definitely ruin it for you. Especially if they’re in charge..

this is why we stand with Ari. We need to use our power. We need to do what the actors are afraid to do. Stand up for what is right.
