Tulare recently built the Cartmill Interchange and needs businesses and stores to make it put to good use. Highway 99 doesn't have an In-N-Out for 100 miles between Fresno and Bakersfield. So building an In-N-Out along the Cartmill Interchange on Highway 99 makes a lot of sense. But it won't happen if the people are not on board! So this is where YOU need to step up and make this happen! This petition needs a lot of signatures to get The City of Tulare to convince In-N-Out to build a restaurant along the Cartmill Interchange. If this petition passes, then we can be one step closer to making this happen! If this petition does not pass, then the Cartmill Interchange will become the city's "white elephant" of city and community projects. So I ask you again to step up and vote yes on this petition. The City of Tulare and Highway 99 needs an In-N-Out.
