Aminah Sahaar Robinson is a 16 year old African-American girl that was going to Hillsborough High-School, for the past four months Aminah has had a ongoing issue with a fellow school mate, Aminah has reported this peer multiple times  and has even went out of her way to file a HIB (harassment intimidation bulling) report on this peer but to no concern the HIB came back saying that it could not be classified as a HIB even though this fellow peer has called Aminah and her friends multiple racist and transphobic slurs that go against Hillsborough High-Schools Code of Conduct. 24 hours ago Aminah had been falsely accused of spreading her bullies number through the school and also accidentally bumping into the same peer that she had filed a HIB report on months ago.For context this same peer had purposely bumped into Aminah weeks ago and nothing occurred even after security in the school saw and asked if she was alright.Although Aminah's has faced expulsion  at  Hillsborough High School several times before these incidents happened   during her freshmen and  sophomore year as she is currently a Junior  although these incidents happened years ago Hillsborough High-School Principal Jeffery Dilolo and Vice Principal Christine Cilio hold this against her even though Aminah's guidance counselors have stated multiple times and vouched  for her  that her behavior has changed and she has gotten more mature and became more responsible.We as students think that this expulsion is uncalled for and extreme seeing as though Jeffery Dilolo and Christine Cilio have not given out any consequences to the peer that has been bullying and harassing Aminah and her friends and call to you the people for help, we also believe that this expulsion is racially motivated as when Aminah's mom came to retrieve her from school Christine Cilio made a comment saying that she would have Aminah escorted out because she did not want her to "become violent" even though  Aminah was seen cooperating with the two school officials and advocating for her innocence in a mature and respectful manner.Again we as students find that Aminahs expulsion is extreme and unnecessary and we are asking for help from the community to have Aminah reinstated into Hillsborough High-School.
