As a family of six, we understand the importance of saving on bulk purchases. Like many families residing in Ave Maria, Florida, we frequently make the hour-long drive to either Naples or Fort Myers to shop at wholesale clubs like Costco or Sam’s Club. This is not just inconvenient, but it's also time-consuming and adds unnecessary stress to our already busy schedules.

Ave Maria is a vibrant and growing community with a significant number of large families who would benefit from the convenience and affordability that a local wholesale store could provide. Not only would it serve Ave Maria, but it would also cater to the surrounding areas, which include communities with a similar demand for bulk shopping options.

Having a Costco or Sam's Club here would mean easier access to quality products at competitive prices. It would help us save on groceries and household items, thereby lowering our cost of living.

The demand for wholesale purchasing options is evident. A store in our vicinity would likely thrive, given the population's size and the growing economic activity in the region. The families who are currently spending time and fuel traveling to distant locations would instead have a local store that could meet their needs efficiently.

We urge Costco and Sam’s Club to consider conducting a feasibility study for opening a new location in Ave Maria. Such a development would not only improve the quality of life for local families but would also enhance economic activity and create employment opportunities within the community.
