Justice for Chester Collins " Shot 6 times with a AR 15 and killed WHILE UNARMED"
The Issue
On January 14, 2017 Chester Collins was shot six times with an AR 15 and died at the scene in his own vehicle right outside of his home. I was told from the Detective himself "Aaron Bollinger" that my father only had a cigarette lighter and $99.00 in cash on him, no weapon(s).
Detective Bollinger gave me step by step on how the incident played out. We first asked him to record our conversation which he wouldn't he said it wasn't necessary, so we processed. He states that Amy got off work at approximately 1:00 pm on January 14th and arrives at South Point Walmart shortly after 3entering the store she starts getting texts from Chester telling her to come home.
Amy leaves Wal-Mart arrives at the house where Chester pulls in behind her car in the drive way and at that time they then enter the residence. At this same time there are two family members in the garage. At some point after the two are in the home for a few minutes you can see Chester exiting the home running around the premises on the video footage being recorded from his garage. He's looking for Amy which she exited out the back door of the home and had went to a family members house next door and makes two phone calls, one to her daughter and one to her mother.
Once she returns to the house Chester and the two family members that where in the garage earlier were now in the house looking for Amy and she was then seen entering back into the home from the back door. The two family members exit the house and stand on the front porch while the couple "Amy and Chester" have an argument which was common for the two of them. The two family members exited the house once Amy had screamed at Chester like she was a "Demon" they stated.
As they had an emergency call and had to run down the road to check on something. Robby was seen approaching the property at that time. Robby stood in the drive way for a short period of time and then proceeded back to his truck once Gary the shooters father arrived at my Fathers home as well.
The two of them made sure to park out of the angle of the camera's that were recording. My sister Megan sat at the end of the road at speedway?? You can then see Chester get in his truck back down the drive way and stop for a moment " in my mind as if he was leaving but then seen both Robby and Gary" and to back up my theroy he "Chester" made a call to his brother at that time asking "Brother, Brother why are they surrounding my house?"
Chester then pulls back up the drive way he goes into the house and they are both seen entering "not at gunpoint like Amy originally stated to the authorities" because remember he had only the cash and cigarette lighter on him. He then backs down the drive way proceeds up a dead end road where both of the Millers were parked.
The detective said at that time Robby asked Chester to let Amy out of the vehivle twice and then as Gary was pulling her from the vehicle Robby started firing bullets into Chester through the passenger side of the windshield angled toward the driver being chester with an AR 15.
Do to they're perfect parking out of focus of the camera the footage is un-viewable stated the Detective.
Now that the story is stated above i want to add some things from witnesses that we'll speak in court on My fathers behalf.
My uncle next door which let Amy use his phone earlier was maybe 10 feet away from the shooting in his garage. He stated he heard no argument or scuffle on trying to get Amy out of the truck he said he heard " Pow, Pow,Pow,Pow,Pow,Pow and had thought to himself as he exited his garage "who done killed somebody now?" he said the shots were fired he exited the garage seen my dad slumped over in his truck with the reverse lights on and the Sherriff was already coming down the road and had pulled in against my dads truck so that it wouldn't roll back.
So the unlce doesn't hear fighting? Amy was supposed to be held hostage in the vehicle and they are trying to get her out? My uncle was inside his garage and the truck was right outside the garage door. His reverse lights were on, was he backing away? He couldn't go forward it's a dead end road. Was there a scuffle? The detective said Robby told Chester (twice) to let Amy out of the truck then started shooting as Gary FREED her. My Father didn't have a gun he had no weapons.
I guarantee when he seen Robby Miller pull up a humongous rifle and aim it at him he put that truck in reverse because he was in fear for his life and Amy's at that time.
A few things i heard straight from the source or seen the evidence with my own eyes...
1. Megan, Amy's daughter sent out a text to someone in the family and stated Something is going on at moms and Robby is on his way with GUNS "Robby did have multiple guns"
2. Eye witnesses state you could hear the sirens from the police cars as Chester was being shot. Could he not have waited another couple seconds to wait for authorities?
3. Approximately a week prior to his death Amy asked someone to remove the firing pin out of my fathers gun. Meaning, if he shot that gun no bullets would've came out of the chamber.
4. As soon as i arrived in town I stopped at my father's home and spoke to Amy. She had her brothers surrond her as bodygaurds. As they stepped away she told me "her" side of the story. Four things stood out to me that she said my father did, which i ran by the detective and he never heard her say. (1) she said my father made her sit on the bed and repeat " I love you Chester & I'm sorry" (2) As she wimpered for the first time during my visit and leaned in for a hug she said to me "your dad stuck his whole hand up my ass" (3) she said he took a drill gun to her leg (4) I asked her "Amy when he died in that truck did my Dad have a gun on him" and she replied "i don't know"
Now in earlier reports she was forced into the truck at gun goint?! NO, didn't happen. I also know that if i had a whole hand shoved up my rectum i would've been hospitalized laying flat on my stomach on a pain pump, stitched up. But she was fine, she was walking around re-inacting what she wanted me to believe was my dads last moments in that house. She has to make him sound so bad as if she was truly in fear for her life because while inside the home there were no cameras it's her word against his and he can't speak.
I'm starting to hear this case will not make it to a Grand Jury and that Robbys Father has a lot of acquaintances with the Lawerence County.
I can't loose my Father wrongfully and not seek Justice, i just cant. After 26 years of marriage between Amy and Chester not one domestic police report was filed, not one DVP was filed, not even one attempt of a break up or Amy trying to leave him. She signed his body over after his death and vanished. Didn't help pay or plan his funeral arrangements. Which I'm not complaining I'm actually thankful.
Who is she "Amy" to call her family members and they then chose to take the law in their own hands " when Robby Miller left his home he intintially went to my dads residence with multiple guns" " what was his (plan) especially shooting and kiling an un-armed man that was evidently reversing to get away from the high powered riffle.
Now I'm not a medical examiner but i did view my father's body once he came back from the autopsy and took pictures. Now he was supposedly choking Amy and holding her in the truck but there was so much damage from the windshield shaterring his skin especially the front or top if his right arm which if he was holding onto her the damage wouldve been more on the outside/underneath his arm.
*I'd like to note that Amy had no visible marks on her when i seen her especially her neck*
I believe in the Law and we only want Justice for this man. He was a Father, Cousin, Brother, uncle and a friend.
Robby Miller should not be free from charges and for that reason I've shared the story and ask for your signature. Thank you all for reading feel free to comment we'll try to answer what we can.
