Here's the latest from EBRPD: "I am looking into the bootleg path matter and have been discussing it with several other colleagues . I have done several visits to the area to discuss and review the area. I walked the path again on Monday to look at the seepage where the spring crosses the bootleg path on EBRPD property. I also noted the slide that is close to the new fence line at the edge of the path and that the fence had been cut again. Our grazer repaired the fence again yesterday. I do not have further updates at this time, but will keep you informed as this matter is discussed and eventually decided upon. Thanks for your patience, Bridget (10May2017)"
