I guess you have not read the memorandum yet, otherwise you would have realized that the document provides little, if any clarification.

A week has passed by and the BK residents don’t have a solution. We are all relocating the scheduled activities to other parks, and driving out of the island to take our kids there. Inevitably, we will end up relocating our families somewhere closer to these other parks.

Given your lack of willingness to discuss potential solutions with us, we will take this matter directly to the Board of Directors of the Brickell Key Master Association. Hopefully, the Board will pay more attention to the +850 residents that have already signed this petition.
