Stop changing customer's accounts without their knowledge and stealing their money
The Issue
Throughout the nation, customer's accounts are being changed without their knowledge to an Advantage checking account and they are incurring fees of $20.00/month. Bank of America is unjustly enriching itself at the expense of it's customers.
I was a personal banker at Bank of America from October 2000 until February 25, 2005. I made repeated complaints up the chain that customer’s accounts were being changed without their knowledge. On February 17, 2005, I told my regional manager I would have to take alternative measures and go to corporate in Charlotte, NC and personally notify them of what was taking place. I was terminated February 25, 2005 over the phone by my regional manager after 4+ years of excellent customer service. He said “Now you can take whatever alternative measures you need to take.”
I have devoted the last 15+ years of my life in the federal courts trying to hold Bank of America accountable for their actions. I am seeking Justice For All. Let me tell you, it has not been easy. My liberty is being jeopardized for standing up for our rights and it's time the world knows it.
Since 2005, I have notified the Department of Labor, Office of Comptroller of Currency (agency responsible for regulating banks), Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Senators and Congressman, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau just to name a few. This abuse must stop.
Please sign my petition and show Bank of America you are serious about seeking justice. With your help you can show them I am not alone in this fight any longer. Together we can get your money back and stop this scheme.
