Top-selling boot and shoe brands are contributing to animal abuse. Ugg boots use sheepskin, and while they say that they only use the wool, wool doesn't stick to anything without the skin. Sheep are stripped of their skin so you can wear comfortable shoes. Empathy For Animals.org has several articles depicting the abuse that the animals go through. Pamela Anderson, popular from wearing Uggs with her swimsuit, is also disgusted from the trend she had set. She says that "I thought they were shaved kindly". There is no denying it, Ugg boots are using sheepskin in their products! Many celebrities and authority figures are already trying to start/urge boycotts against Ugg boots.

   However, Ugg is not the only popular shoe brand that are cruel towards animals. Bearpaw boots also contribute to animal cruelty! Bearpaw boots use both sheepskin/wool and cow skin. We need to stop these brands now to avoid more torture to animals!
