Dear Brian,

I am a vacation rental owner who lists my property on VRBO/Homeaway, or a traveler who users VRBO/Homeaway for my vacations.  

The service fee has been devastating to my business and is driving guests away from the site.  My inquiries, bookings and revenues are down compared to previous years and it is due to your new service fee.  

As an owner or traveler I have been a loyal customer of Homeaway but will not continue using the site if the service fee stays in place.  Please find a better solution that does not drive owners and guests away from VRBO/Homeaway.
