What is needed to pass ( K-s Law)
A new law lifting report/mandated reporting with CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES statutes of witness reports.

For rights and protection for children having no statutes of limitations when cps OR authorities are being reported to by children themselves or by any guardian who’s care they are in (at a friends house, a family members house, a teacher reporting especially if it’s something overheard to a “friend”, anything that isn’t spoken of happing this instant, doesn’t mean other things aren’t happening but children are too afraid to talk about it) Children deserve the right for their story to be heard and why they are terrified to go home or talk about it. WHATS the point of Protective Service if they are NOT BEING PROTECTED?

TO INVESTIGATE as a crime With all previous calls into report to any authorities be looked into if not in the least the witness to come in to file a witness statement. 

When more than two witnesses have seen and reported similar abuses and reported these abuses to a parent, that CPS and investigating officer must work together to gather all police report, phone calls records of reporting, records of messages and anything else that is necessary, as well as continue no contact through a complete cycle of therapies through the investigation, as it could take several weeks of therapy.

 

Washoe Elementry school teachers failure to report:

Hello, back in May 2018 I was pulled aside upon picking up my children from school to ask me why my daughter would be over heard saying something. 

I asked the teacher if she reported it and She said well, I thought I would ask first. Believing that as a mandated reporter this teacher would have had to report this incident just to find out yesterday after contacting the super intendent regulating being told by the school councilor that she had seen my kids many times they were wonderful, and she sees them Atleast once a month. My son told me that the last time he saw her in the office was back in second grade. How could she say she sees them all the time when he’s telling me that isn’t true? 

I called WASHOE COUNTY SCHOOL district to file a report that my children have not been seen by this person and  to ask why? Why when I call to report it I get put on hold once they get my name and they go to connect me straight to this school councilor? I was told to call the super intendent and his executive assistant spoke to me. I explained everything to him and told him I was on the way to directly go to the school to talk to the principal in person as these things that were never reported could have prevented the horror stories my children are telling me have been happening to them cps has dropped the ball. 

CPS and the school are being investigated by RPD. I was tired of waiting so started calling around myself. Why is this falling through the cracks? Why isn’t what the kids are going through being properly reported or taken seriously?! 

When I got to the school the principal was already expecting me. The super intendent already talked to her and let her know I was coming with my son whom I am trying to keep safe. I sat in her office and told her this is my sit in!! This is me standing up for him because he is afraid to go home back to his dad, with the accounts of what he has witnessed him doing to his sister! Things that have only gotten worse since the moment the teacher made the decision not to report it but ask me instead. 

To find out 6/26/2018, that the ball has been dropped and these teachers who are mandated reporters haven’t once had the children speak to anyone, and this all falls on me that when things are reported to cps and I keep getting told it’s just a custody issue. That sticking your child in a dog cage and having your 8 year old son not only witness father taking pictures and “posting it to Facebook” or messaging it to his girlfriend to prove ... what? He can’t explain what his dad said but yet none of this would be an issue had she been the one who reported and had the kids talked to. 

CPS IS FAILING THE CHILDREN WHO ARE IN THE MOST DANGER

HAD the teacher reported; the fact that out 5 year old was held over a toilet as three other kids sat on time out helplessly and the other adult in the house is yelling at him ENCOURAGING him to “dunk her” seriously!!!  I hope her teacher reads this, I hope the principal told her why she probably said to her friend what happened but she only heard the end of it. “I’m scared my daddy’s going to shoot my mommy”. Why? Because my now then kids are telling me that they both don’t want me in the kids life. So then how can even that statement the fact that they are disparaging to these children and that in itself isn’t seen as mental abuse? That isn’t seen at all as a threat.

I have been told by cps to keep advocating for my kids and good luck!!

this is my children afraid

this is me wanting to have a new law passed that protects children who have accusations of sexual abuse as well as laws for children who are witnesses to things and ARE speaking out. No one is taking these child’s accusations seriously... well once what the teacher told me what she said, I didn’t take anything they both reported to me or family lightly. But to be told this recently and find out about the councilor being close with the child’s father where does the line between friendship and still being a mandated reporter get crossed?

Wether or not this woman is is being investigated. Wether or not she has in her files any proof that she has seen my children numerous times Atleast once a month is being investigated! I’m waiting to hear back from the principal regarding her “employees”

The phone calls and time I have spent on the phone with this woman trusting her just for my ex to some how know things I never even talked to friend about as with what is going on I rather get facts than talk to people and yet what I say turned around as happened and I had no clue that this trust I gave this school councilor was in vein and hurt me more in the long run which I face now!

A new law lifting cps statutes of witness reports for rights and protection for children having no statutes of limitations when cps is reported to (because since 2015, I was told, it’s too late and can’t be reported, by 2017 when I was told by others  what happened in his home back in 2014 and my therapist called into cps, they too told him it was too long ago and nothing could be done) a law emphasizing these calls in need to Atleast be filed as a report against said person as these are crimes and small crimes people get away with lead to bigger things...  so if any new evidence comes to light and cps gets involved again down the road that the parent isn’t being told it’s just custody!Ftf

My children, these Children who have more than one witness to their father restraining his own flesh and blood to the point over the years  when the child advocate asked me why is it she went home and he didn’t I told her she held up a hitler hand and said “I have  to go home.  So I want to go home” my eight year old wasn’t wanting to be returned to me from family  because I would make him go if he did. She is groomed and displays Stockholm syndrome and yet he won’t allow her to be seen at the CAC for her follow up therapies. 

That when cps is involved a parents refusal to let the children be seen at appointed places because my daughter was seen at renown children 6/2 and she wasn’t able to be seen at the CHILDENS ADVOCACY CENTER for the exam until Thursday and I was told by then she would have healed but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. 

Why after detective Lynch, mentioned that Kiera did mention the drowning incident and in court her father telling the court that they just joke around about swirlies in the house. 

Joking. And foreceably removing a child as three other children watch, helplessly over hearing the girlfriend yell to her dad “go ahead and dunk her in the toilet” 

having photos of the bruising, having witnesses to hearing these children say my dad punches and kicks me. And yet cps never contacted anyone not one single witness to prove that this mans now convincing that sticking a child in a dog kennel is a parenting technique? How is he getting away with this. 

Rpd know I have my son who is witness and no one has talked to him about the “swirlie” incident. No one investigated. To be on the phone calling around all week trying to find an advocate to protect this child witness!!! 

When will it end?

how is that? How is cps telling me go ahead and give the kids back, just because we have differences in parenting techniques, but go ahead and keep advocating for your kids good luck (click) 

well had this teacher reported back in May what she heard my daughter say, none of this would be looked at as a custody thing. It would have been investigated properly and what has happened since would not have been allowed.
