We the people, newly formed in a group called Chattooga County 2A Sanctuary Group (as well as non-participating citizens), are patriotic, legal and law abiding citizens standing up to the threat of any type of gun ban legislation in America. Our focus for this petition is Chattooga County Georgia, and hopefully all neighboring counties in our community. We are everyday working class people and we reserve the right to keep and bear arms, and protect ourselves, peers, and family from any type of harm or tyranny. We wish to petition for Chattooga County, Georgia and all land contained  within county borders to become a sanctuary county for the second amendment for all legal law abiding citizens therein. And we will organize further to help other counties do the same.

CHATTOOGA COUNTY 2A SANCTUARY GROUP

Purpose: Organize to petition law abiding citizens in and out of Chattooga County
Georgia to push legal legislation to lawfully make Chattooga County Georgia a Second
Amendment Sanctuary County for all legal and residing citizens of said county.This
petition is designed to show our elected officials that we hold the constitution,
bill of rights,and all amendments,particularly the second amendment true as the
law of the land,and want to protect our county from anyone or anything opposing
these.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16,Code
Section 15-11-2,and Code Section 20-2-1184 of the O.C.G.A.,relating to dangerous
instrumentalities and practices,definitions regarding the Juvenile Code,and
reporting of students committing prohibited acts,respectively,so as to prohibit
the possession of automatic and semi-automatic guns;to subject all transfers or
purchases of firearms at gun shows to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System;to provide for facilitation by licensed dealers;to provide for requirements for the securing or storage of inventory firearms when a dealer is not open for business;to conform cross-references;to provide for related matters;to repeal conflicting laws;and for other purposes.
