To bring the citizens of Effingham County Georgia and Georgia as a whole to protect our rights as law abiding gun owners. As Americans and the residents of Effingham County, we need to let our voices be heard and take a stand to protect the 2nd Amendment and our God given rights.

Please sign this petition and share with all of your pro 2nd Amendment friends, family, and neighbors. And let's let it be known that the Second Amendment is not just a right, its a way of life for a majority of Effingham County Georgia.

After we have enough signatures from Effingham County Residents and supporters, we will move forward with meeting with the Sheriff and County Commissioners for approval to become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County and join the already Georgia Counties as one.
