Animal Cruelty and how to catch it faster.

Sometimes animals that are being abused go unnoticed to the public. Animals like this don't have a chance in the world because they can't stand up for themselves. The solution to the issue would be to give licensed veterinarian the ability to investigate animals for abuse or neglect if they suspect it. This policy has been used in 31 different states and some of them being the more safer states in the country for animals such as Illinois, Colorado, and California. This would make it a lot easier to find animals that are being abused and have them rescued much sooner.
