I have bought 2-1st pick puppies from Jamie at Butterball Bullies in Oklahoma. They were out of different litters from different parents. I first bought my female, Maelin, in 2012 and then bought a male, Hooch, in 2014. These were family pets for my 2 young sons and the dogs fit in our family perfectly. I hd my dogues on a insurance plan through the vet so I took them in regularly to be checked. When Hooch was 11 months I took him in for his checkup, after running routine tests on him the veterinarian was shocked that it showed Hooch was in kidney failure due to Genetic Renal Disease. I was devastated, he was out big slobbery sweetheart and protector! Soon after his diagnosis he started showing signs of his disease, we had to put him down in September 2015 at 15 months old. At this time I also notified Jamie that he had to be put down and she promised to me that she would let my son have 1st pick puppy out of her next upcoming litter, of course this never happened. Soon after that I took Maelin in for a checkup, she had been losing weight and I thought she was depressed from losing her husband, Hooch. After labs and X-rays it was determined that I was hit with another tragedy, Maelin was diagnosed on November 3rd 2015 with Congenital Hypercalcimia, the cause was cancer. I again reached out to Jamie with no response. Several buyers of hers have come forth to me and told me similar stories with what happened to them and dogues they bought from her. This breeder must be stopped, she is selling dogs with genetic abnormalities and hurting families! Please help stop this woman!
