It's not right that a tech violation keeps someone in prison for a simple thing like curfew or address change ,but we have a epidemic here molesters let out b4 curfew or adresses violaters..NYC consentrates on just city n jails .mean while my friend is in Wyoming NY prison serving a 15 month sentence for a address violation after the man all ready did 8 years out 6 months no bad drug tests in college a address change .he should be home to begin with he was sentenced as a catagory one n he is a 2 .appeal denied.this system is getting rediculous.he has a few months left still sets answer this knowing how bad city is why would u let these prisoners set this long let molesters out a cop murderer but not simple address or curfew violators yet in upstate NY on parole violations smh . Un real the techs close 2 out should been released b4 it got in contact with them.you let chedders go.let the techs out n home with there loved ones asap in upstate NY wyoming NY attica.city etc.b4 it takes all our loved ones who are all ready paying there dues .there families need them 2 a lot of wife's mom's sons daughters elderly could use that help from them home also.it's a time 2 pull together and have each other's backs .get these prisoners out that are at risk home with there loved ones there lives matter more than a broke curfew or address change late.etc .please some are months away from being out what's a few months in a time of need love n support like this why wait til it floods upstate like city.what are u waiting for cuomo not just your NYC and jails  should be out why r u just letting upstate NY prisons set .Mr Brian Benjamin this bills been setting long enough short lock in for a tech is plenty but give a man 15  months is outrage.please get this through.
