On May 1, 2014, at that evenings City Commission meeting Dave Netterstrom willfully and knowingly violated the right to free speech of two citizens during public comment of that meeting.  The powers of the office he holds should never be used to silence those who are in disagreement.  The duty of the mayor is to hold order during the meeting, not silence the opposition due to them being “negative” in his own opinion.  Dave Natterstrom should vacate the office of Mayor of the City of Cocoa Beach or be recalled from office if he refuses.  Here is video evidence of Dave Natterstrom’s obvious neglect of the duties of the office he holds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXgge7NQetA
