Elected Officials in Ohio, specifically school board officials, continue to violate their Oathe of Office, The Constitution of The United States, The Constitution of The State of Ohio, and Ohio revised codes without accountability.  

This has led to the significant suffering of our children, as these officials disregard human dignity, human rights and the primary purpose of their positions, protecting our children. 

Decisions regarding our children are continuously made willfully or recklessly in line with political agendas and not their wellbeing.  

Ohio Revised Code 705.92 - Procedure for removal of elective officer by recall - excludes the removal of School Board Officials in the State of Ohio. 

The last two years have exasperated the inefficiencies and negligence of our board members, casting light in areas of lawlessness and abuse that were previously unknown.  

The current term limit for Ohio School Board Members is currently four years.  Many of these officials have multiple years remaining on their terms.   Our children simply cannot wait. 

I am petitioning you to write and submit legislation that would allow for the recall of Board of Education Officials within the State of Ohio.
