This is the latest development on this proposed development. The local plan is still at the inspectorate so we need to push against this land management companies proposals assuming this is land is going ahead for development. Please make your objections and lobby your local councillors to stop this development. There is no planned infrastructure and a huge deficit approx 17 million in community infrastructure levy … this is an amount that the local council are supposed to demand from a developer in order for them to build but local council have failed to make this demand basically giving free reign to developers .
