Development of the land known as Peaks Hill Farm is proposed by the council to develop 1500 houses on green land ..... we need to stop this due to the poor inadequate infrastructure, Loss of protected wildlife , badges , bats , owls and other species. 
Loss of highly developed woodland which is essential to keeping the environment intact . 
This planned housing is totally unnecessary for the area as there are huge areas still been built upon and those properties are not selling , brown areas not been developed yet they are proposing to tear down green land and destroy the land and wildlife . 
The area is a massive drainage area and building on this land is into going to create more potential flood areas . 
The town currently cannot cope with schooling  as all schools are at their maximum levels of occupancy and classes over subscribed , doctors appointments are almost impossible to get , hospital is overworked cannot cope , the roads are busy at all times and especially rush hours are becoming gridlocked .
