Miss. District Attorney Ms. Brenda F. Mitchell refuses to return telephone calls asking her to allow eye-witnesses and this shocking video to be presented to the Tunica County Grand Jury on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
This video clearly shows a hostile driver pointing and accelerating a truck directly at four American citizens who are standing on public property at the Tunica County (MS). The citizens are holding a banner - “Boycott Big Lick Animal Cruelty”.
The enraged driver is seen gesticulating obscenely while driving the truck with one hand aimed directly at the animal welfare advocates.

Irate Driver Aims Truck At Peaceful CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocates Protesting “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty At Tunica “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horse Show - Posted on November 3, 2016
"TUNICA ARENA, TUNICA COUNTY, MS – Shortly before 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, an obviously irate driver who was attending the “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horse Show, appeared to maliciously and deliberately aim and drive a truck at CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocates who were protesting “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty at the “Big Lick” Tunica Fall Classic Horse Show."
CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty) animal welfare advocates were peacefully assembled to lawfully exercise their First Amendment rights to free speech. While at Tunica County, Mississippi, their constitutional rights were violated and they were threatened with imminent bodily harm and threatened by an irate “Big Lick” supporter who maliciously drove a truck right at them.
Tunica County Sheriff Deputies responded to a call on the evening of Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, viewed the video, and identifed the alleged perpetrator, and advised CCABLAC to file a Statement with the Tunica County Sheriff Office the next morning, Nov. 4, 2016, which was done.
CCABLAC animal welfare advocates have bravely stepped forward from the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, Florida – to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC – to Nashville, Columbia, Shelbyville, Tennessee, and to the Delta soil of Tunica County, Mississippi.
The free speech constitutional rights of all Americans, wherever they are exercised, MUST be afforded the protection of law whenever they are threatened.
Please ask District Attorney Ms. Brenda Mitchell to allow this case of Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon to be presented to a Tunica County, Mississippi Grand Jury on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in Tunica, Mississippi.
