We, the undersigned, call on the keiser, Arkansas Mayor and City Council to eliminate the Breed Specific Legislation and replace it with Dangerous Dog, Vicious Dog, and Responsible Owner Legislation.

Breed Specific Legislation is poor use of taxpayers' money, a waste of already limited Animal Control resources, and is only a band-aid that does not get to the root of the problem at hand. Dangerous Dog, Vicious Dog, and Responsible Owner Legislation makes people responsible for their actions which could include and are not limited to the neglect of an unsocialized dog by lack of management, training, and/or education
