The ear-defying roars continuous to echo beneath the chambers of abuse. The tears that flood the surface and the mewls that destructs the silence, triggers us to take action, to create change and to break the padlocks of chambers. 

In a study conducted by the World Animal Protection, in partnership with Change For Animals Foundation. It was found out that cruelty and other demeaning performances and activities, that is the main causes and reasons for mental and physical distress of animals, continues to dominate and take place in different zoos and captivity areas which includes:

• Dolphins performing stunts and being ridden in venues in Portugal, Singapore, Australia and the USA
• Elephants performing in shows with props in Japan and being ridden in Canada
• Tigers and lions being forced to take part in theatrical shows in France and being used as photo props in Canada and South Africa
• Primates being used as photo props in South Africa and the Philippines

Animals from captivity suffers from torture, abuse and maltreatment, the fact that they aren’t free to live by themselves, to act for themselves and to create path for their lives by capturing and making use of them as an attraction, for capitalism, or for entertainment. Animals, specifically wild animals, should be in a habitat where they can live with freedom and convenience. 

Since animal care depends on their environment,  we argue that zoos do not have safe environments for animals and have insufficient treatments for any casualties and protection. Animals in zoos are under threat due in part to unnatural enclosures that's why rendering them back to their humane homes is the right thing to do. 

People may see how entertaining a program in wildlife tourism, they might be viewed to be flawless. The banging of animals, the trumpeting sound of the elephants, and the roars of the tigers may seem to be well coordinated and synchronized that people got entertained from it but backstage, do you know what happened? Do people know how these animals are treated? Behind the curtains, can people sneak the view? They were kept in cages, insufficient food and care systems that triggered animals to suffer physical, emotional and psychological distress.

In many cases, captive experiences with exotic animals rely on abusive training or treatment. The way zookeepers and other zoo staff to their animals was inhumane and out of justice. Wildlife captivity viewers and tourists are enjoying how these animals are exposed and treated during presentations and programs. They laughed so hard, they were all entertained. In fact, animals shouldn’t be painting and shouldn't do things that are not for them like singing, comedy actions and the likes. In order to free the animals, we and the government should recognize that the animals should not be kept in captivity instead, they should be set free because the cage will never be their home. Animals have a brighter, productive and better life outside their cages. Animals have rights too, and captivity to wildlife animals for entertainment and amusement is injustice for them. They have a life to taste in a wider world, and these zoos must be stopped.

Animals are completely defenseless and armless, it’s just that people are manipulative just to gain something for their personal agenda. It’s time to save their lives, it’s time to save the environment. Free animals from the cages and let them live their lives on their own.
