We won! The Supreme Court just stayed the BCI age limit notification. Which means that anyone of any age can now apply to any of the law schools in India for admission. Justice for IDIA scholar Michael Sam finally! An orphan child who struggled to educate himself. Only to find himself on the wrong side of the BCI age bar (20 years!). Michael can now write the law entrance and fulfil his dream of becoming a lawyer. And a small but steady progress towards a more inclusive India.
