We invested in FX Trading ran by Philip Han who is based in Brazil with the company registered in South Korea. At the time of investment a return of 400% was promised. The company has since changed goal posts and is now only refunding the initial investment which is a breach.

The biggest problem which is driving this petition is that they want to refund the initial investment in small bits by way of monthly repayments which is criminal as the money is not accumulating interest. 

The investments were made in Bitcoin which has appreciated overtime so the company has made alot of money and should therefore refund in full and at once. See link below showing Philip Han talking about all the money they made

Our demand is simple. Philip Han should pay back our money at once and not in installments or face arrest for swindling people out if their hard earned money.
