Candy was recently banned for "Hack threats?" when they made the chat statement "I'ma crack your account Snail_69_!" To most people, this statement was obviously a joke, but a new moderator on MC-War didn't understand if it was a threat or not so he (BrawlIsMyCity) banned Candy for "Hack threats?" (with the question mark) symbolizing he was unsure if he was threatening or joking. After Candy's statement they were quickly banned without any explanation or what rule they broke or how they broke it. This is another issue that Brawl moderators should address, briefly explaining a ban before actually punishing a player. Going back on topic, after interviewing multiple moderators and high level players with reputation on the server all of them understood that Candy's statement was a joke, even Snail_5_, which was the victim of this "threat." Snail wasn't even the moderator who banned Candy, showing that he didn't care about the "cracking Snail_69_'s account" statement! Ultimately, this ban was unfair not because it was a joke, but because Candy's statement wasn't even directed to a staff member but a non existing Snail_69_ account, since when BrawlIsMyCity was asked about the ban stated that Candy threatened a staff member, which he didn't.

Candy appealed and got denied.

This petition is supposed to be a harmless joke. Please don't ban the petition creator for "harassing staff" or some other reason that server players suggested would occur if this petition was created!
