PLEASE HELP US Save Arrowdale Golf Course. Arrowdale was established in 1927. It is a unique golf course in the way that it is in the middle of the city. With this easy access it attracts many, many seniors as well as students. It's a great beginner course and a wonderful greenspace. Something that Brantford boasts about. City council once again would like to sell Arrowdale. To think that the city council would take away recreation, social and leisure from, not only the people who make up the current 11 leagues, but for the citizens and community of brantford. It's such a shame. Beginners and senior citizens have a place to go that is affordable and patient for them, unlike some of the the higher end courses that can be expensive and intimidating. There are several action committees in play to oppose the sale. You can Help us by signing petitions, attending a public meeting at the Sanderson Centre or by e-mailing/ phoning our city council. Please don't let the city take Arrowdale Golf Course.
