This incident is a clear case of "white privilege" in Delaware and no justice was serve for the family of an African American girl (9 years old) whose life was taken from her. The White American (Dwayne McConnell 21 years old) driver fled the scene in a "Hit and Run" and was in possession of marijuana. He was released on $6,151 unsecured bond. There certainly should be a harsher punishment for the crime.
