I AM seeing to it that Brandon Heid, D. B. A. B & B Horse Boarding and Arena is going to be prosecuted and I AM going to see to it that he is not allowed to board horses or animals at his location EVER-PERIOD!!!  I need your help in applying the pressure accordingly to reach this GOAL. As one knows, a person gets away with it, they will in fact do it again.  According to the State of South Dakota, I have 7 years to file criminal charges from date of findings.  I AM sending a strong message that if you want to be a psychopath such as Brandon Heid then be PREPARED ACCORDINGLY!!! I am also sending a message to Brandon Heid that he does not get to be in business and HE and his so-called horse boarding facility is going to be SHUT DOWN FOREVER!!!! There are no GRAY AREAS HERE-PERIOD!!!  THIS PSYCHOPATHY is like a cancer folks and it spreads like a disease.  This MIND cancer CALLED PSYCHOPATHY needs to be stopped immediately before it starts to spread-PERIOD!!!

I and everyone who signs this petition acknowledges that ANIMAL ABUSE AND NEGLECT IS NOT O.K. AND THAT WE INTEND ON SENDING A CLEAR AND POWERFUL MESSAGE TO BRANDON HEID ACCORDINGLY!  THE NECESSARY PRESSURE WILL BE APPLIED TO REACH A FAVORABLE AND FINAL CONCLUSION!  I AM ALSO SENDING A CLEAR AND POWERFUL MESSAGE THAT THIS PSYCHOPATHY AS DEMONSTRATED BY BRANDON HEID, IS NOT TO BE TOLERATED AT ALL IN THIS COUNTRY!!! YOU MR. HEID ARE GOING TO BE HELD PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE!

THESE ARE ACTS OF COVERT SUBVERSION AND COVERT SEDITION-PERIOD!!! THIS IS A FORM OF COVERT TERRORISM-PERIOD!!! WAR CRIMES UNDER THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS OF 1949-PERIOD!!!!! NO AMOUNT "GASLIGHTING" AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE TACTICS SUCH AS THIS IS GOING TO CONVINCE ME THAT THIS IS ACTIVITY IS NORMAL and ACCEPTABLE!
