Brady Evans was responsible for the death of a live hamster by biting off its head. Before the incident he and his friends fed the hamster vodka and marijuana. After he was done with this sickening event he was seen laughing and throwing the body of the hamster over a fence. He COULD be charged with animal cruelty which would be a five years in jail time and with a penalty of 5,000. Let's make sure this disgusting person IS charged with animal cruelty and doesn't walk away free from this incident.
