Council Executive (Well part of it anyway) unanimously agree on the sale plans

Last night saw 5 of the Bracknell Forest Council Executive all agree on the sale plans (please note its not sold yet) - Unfortunately not even our elected councillors were ALLOWED to speak let alone the public, its hard to believe there has been no official public consultation over the sale of the house & grounds. During the meeting Vincent Paliczka (the councils officer who wrote the report recommending sale) confirmed that a Leasehold sale was feasible - More worryingly the hearsay and conjecture after the meeting was that the preferred bidder isn't actually a hotel chain, I shall be pressing the council to confirm whether this is the case or not.
