Appeal to HDB & BSC to change new lifts under defect liability period (Waterway Cascadia)

The Issue

In view with the frequent lift breakdowns we (residents of Waterway Cascadia) have been experiencing since Jan 2016, we are appealing to HDB to replace all lifts in our BTO.
