We call on the International Labour Organization (ILO) to expel Iran
The Islamic regime opposes worker's rights, bans strikes and free independent labour unions, and has jailed worker activists for organising to demand better pay and conditions, has executed 4 workers and shot dead tens of children in recent months for participating in protests, and so on- all of which are clear violations of ILO principles and statutes. Iran's state-controlled organisations at the ILO represent the oppressive anti-democratic regime, not the working people of Iran. They should be expelled from the ILO.

Several months ago, a popular revolt against the Islamic regime started. A revolutionary uprising under the apt name “woman, life, freedom”. For 43 years the world has been witnessing how the Islamic regime created hell on earth for Iranian people. The regime robs the citizens from their livelihood as it subjects them to compulsory religiosity and hijab; its repressive agents are directly ordered by Khamenei to freely shoot peaceful protesters.
Over the first 100 days of the popular uprising, the regime’s armed mercenaries have killed more than 600 dissidents and arrested tens of thousands of others who’re placed under the utmost crushing conditions in torture centres.
It is hard to imagine and describe the cruelty and brutality of this regime in its many detention centres. The prisoners are raped, forced to confess publicly to crimes they did not commit, and tortured to death. Even children are sent to death squads. And those lucky few freed from prison, some have died
or committed suicide a few days after release.
Four protesters (all workers): Mohsen Shekari, Majidreza Rahnavard, Mohammad Ali Karami and Mohammad Hosseini are hanged, and more death sentences are issued for others. The life of Abbas Deris, electrician and father of three, is in serious danger; he’s been in prison since October 2019 uprising with death sentence already confirmed.
Free Them Now (FTN) strives and fights for the release of all arrested and political prisoners and the complete abolition of the death penalty. FTN calls on all governments and international organizations to listen to Iranian people’s revolution. Clearly, condemnation of the regime is no longer sufficient. We demand an all-round and complete global boycott of the Islamic regime, and as a first concrete step we request the expulsion of this regime from ILO. The representatives of this regime must not be allowed to sit in the upcoming World Summit of ILO due to their regular atrocities and crimes against humanity. Just as the Islamic government was expelled from the UN Commission on the Status of Women, it should also be kicked out from the ILO, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and every other international institution.
So far, a number of trade unions and well-known global figures have supported and endorsed this demand. We ask all of you -- international labour and human rights organizations and institutions, world’s political figures, activists, and freedom-lovers-- to sign this petition in order to support the Iranian
people’s uprising, endorse the expulsion of the Islamic Republic from ILO, and join the global campaign for international boycott of this regime. Thank you in advance.

کمپین جهانی برای اخراج حکومت اسلامی ایران از آی ال او
این طومار را امضا کنید و به تروریسم اسلامی نه بگویید
چند ماه از آغاز خیزش مردم ایران برای خلاصی از شر حکومت اسلامی می گذرد. خیزشی که نام زیبای «زن، زندگی، آزادی» را بر خود دارد.
همه مطلعید که این رژیم بیش از ۴۳ سال است در ایران یک جهنم واقعی را بر زندگی مردم حاکم کرده است. معیشت مردم را هر روز غارت میکند، حجاب و دین اجباری را به مردم تحمیل کرده، اراذل و اوباشش توسط خامنه ای "آتش به اختیار" اعلام شده و در شلیک به مردم دستشان باز است. اوباش مسلح این رژیم در ۱۰۰ روز اول خیزش مردمی بیش از ۶۰۰ نفر از معترضین را به قتل رسانده و دهها هزار نفر را دستگیر و در شکنجهگاهها تحت فشار قرار دادهاند. زندانیان مورد تجاوز قرار می گیرند، تا حد مرگ شکنجه می شوند و مجبور می شوند به جنایاتی که مرتکب نشده اند اعتراف کنند. این رژیم حتی بچه ها را هم اعدام می کند. توصیف و تصور ظلم و بی رحمی این رژیم در زندان ها براستی ممکن نیست. شماری از زندانیان جوان فقط چند روز پس از آزادی به دلایل مرموزی درگذشتند. برخی نیز پس از آزادی خودکشی کردند.
تاکنون چهار تن از معترضین (که همگی کارگر بودند) به نامهای محسن شکاری، مجیدرضا رهنورد، محمدعلی کرمی و محمد حسینی به دار آویخته شدهاند و احکام اعدام بیشتری صادر شده است. یکی از این زندانیان که حکم اعدامش تایید شده و جانش در خطر جدی است، عباس دریس، برقکار و پدر ۳ فرزند و از دستگیر شدگان خیزش آبان ۱۹۹۸ است. اسامی شمار دیگری از محکومین به اعدام نیز منتشر شده است.
فری دم ناو (FTN ) برای آزادی همه دستگیرشدگان و همه زندانیان سیاسی و لغو کامل مجازات اعدام تلاش و مبارزه می کند. FTN از همه دولت ها و سازمان های بین المللی می خواهد که به صدای انقلاب مردم ایران گوش فرا دهند. دیگر محکوم کردن کافی نیست. ما خواستار تحریم همه جانبه و جهانی رژیم اسلامی هستیم و به عنوان گامی فوری، اخراج این رژیم از آی ال او، سازمان جهانی کار را دنبال می کنیم. نمایندگان حکومتی با این همه جنایت نباید در اجلاس جهانی آتی آی ال او حضور داشته باشند، آنها را باید بیرون انداخت. همانطور که حکومت اسلامی از کمیسیون زن سازمان ملل متحد اخراج شد، به همان ترتیب باید از سازمان جهانی کار، کنوانسیون حقوق کودک سازمان ملل متحد (UNCRC) و همه نهادها و سازمان های بین المللی بیرون انداخته شود.
خوشبختانه تاکنون تعدادی از اتحادیه های کارگری و چهره های شناخته شده جهانی از این خواست حمایت کرده و آنرا تایید کرده اند .
