We are moving past the phase of requests. As we approach the April 23 Shareholder Vote, we must prove that our collective economic power is a threat to the market valuation of the "Crown Jewels." To save Mermicorno: Starfall from the $111 billion "ParaMax" vault, we are officially initiating a Total Aesthetic Boycott of the three pillars of the entertainment industry.

The Directive: The "No-Go" Zones

Effective immediately, to maintain the integrity of the 17-Phase Siege, all supporters must adhere to the following household restrictions:

• The Heart (SpongeBob SquarePants): Do not stream SpongeBob on Paramount+. Do not tune into Nickelodeon. If you have children, they are no longer allowed to watch SpongeBob content. Every minute of viewership provides "blood" to the Paramount heart that is currently choking our independent animation.
• The Eyes (Hello Kitty/Sanrio): Cease all purchases of Sanrio and Hello Kitty merchandise. No new plushies, stationery, or accessories. We must signal to Sanrio that their partnership with tokidoki is being tarnished by their silence. The "Eyes" must see a drop in revenue to take our demands to the board.
• The Ears (Marvel/MCU): Do not purchase Marvel merchandise, action figures, or apparel. We are holding the "Ears" of Disney hostage. Since Marvel has historically profited from tokidoki’s aesthetic, we will not give them another cent until Josh D'Amaro acts as our "Safe Harbor."

Why This Must Be Absolute:

Corporations only understand "The Horns Effect"—when the failure of one project (Mermicorno) starts to rot the reputation of their biggest earners. If we continue to buy the toys and watch the shows of the "Big Three," they have no incentive to stop the merger or protect our content.

We are fighting a $79 billion debt monster and a $150 million internal scandal at Paramount. They are weak. They are bleeding. This boycott is the "Head Shot" that ensures they feel the weight of the fans before the final regulatory climax.
