Sign the pledge to not purchase shrimp from Mexico until the government of Mexico puts into place and enforces a permanent ban on the use of all gillnets in the upper gulf of California.

I pledge not to purchase Mexican shrimp by:

1. Asking restaurants where shrimp came from before ordering and choosing alternatives if the shrimp is from Mexico;

2. Checking labels at stores when purchasing shrimp to ensure it is not from Mexico; if it is from Mexico, sending the establishment this letter to let them know you will not purchase shrimp from their establishment since it is from Mexico. 

3. Encouraging my friends and family to also boycott shrimp from Mexico, to save the vaquita!
