2 minutes and 30 seconds.
It took an agonizing 2 minutes and 30 seconds for this helpless dog to die after being electrocuted.
Electrocuted, but not dead yet and very much able to still feel pain.
Watchdog decided to release this brutal video to demonstrate the cruelty of the common practice of slaughter by electrocution.
The health food shop of the traditional market in Sacheon, Gyeongsangnam-do, and the slaughterhouse in it.
The notorious health center and slaughterhouse, which has been operating for decades, has illegally slaughtered dogs, goats, and chickens every day using electrocution, which they eventually admitted to Watchdog.
Nearby, another health food shop has been slaughtering animals by striking their heads with a hammer as an alternative to electrocution. The video on this will be released later.
The slaughterhouses of health food shops in Sacheon Traditional Market were all shut down by Watchdog.
Watchdog travels across the country every day in pursuit of humane treatment for dogs and cats, as well as justice for those who abuse and torture them. It is the largest project in the country dedicated to shutting down dog farms and slaughterhouses nationwide.
Watchdog members are currently serving on a volunteer basis. The goal of the organization is to raise enough donations on an ongoing basis to enable them to hire full-time paid activists to expand and carry out their vision of the complete elimination of dog farms and slaughterhouses. With a dedicated full-time paid staff, Watchdog will be in a position to accomplish even more than they are currently doing.
