Purpose: 
This boycott campaign aims to expose the reality, remove their false “public compliance mask”, raise awareness and demand accountability and justice from Grand Canyon Education, Orbis Education, and Grand Canyon University regarding the deeply entrenched culture of bullying, selective victimization, traumatization, and covert racism within these organizations. We seek to support the victims and advocate for a safe, respectful, and equitable workplace for all employees.

Background: 
The Victim Employees of Grand Canyon Education, Orbis Education and By Extension Grand Canyon University have come together to expose a highly toxic  workplace environment that has led to significant emotional distress, trauma long-term and lifelong trauma, and fear and silencing amongst selective former and current victim employees. Many employees have experienced feeling marginalized, victimized, traumatized and silenced by the highly toxic and covertly-racist leadership, and their malevolence practices that perpetuate a culture of abuses, covert racism, selective victimizations, traumatization, intimidation, indirect and direct threats, fear and silencing, entrapments to selective career persecutions. The systemic privileges enjoyed by certain leaders, including leadership privilege, white American native-born privilege, and Christian privilege, have created an environment where accountability is lacking, and marginalized employees face disproportionate scrutiny.

The reality is that bullying, selective victimization, and traumatization are rampant within these organizations. Employees live in constant fear of retaliation, facing falsehoods and malevolent tactics designed to entrap and criminalize them. This culture of intimidation leads to career persecution, where the human cost of victim employees is disregarded entirely. The emotional toll is staggering, as individuals grapple with anxiety, depression, and feelings of hopelessness, often questioning their worth and sanity.


Call to Action: 
We are calling on all stakeholders, including current and former employees, students, parents, and community members, to join us in boycotting Grand Canyon Education, Orbis Education, and Grand Canyon University until the following demands are met:

1. Public Accountability: We demand a public board meeting where victim employees can openly confront leadership about the trauma they have endured without fear of retaliation. This meeting should include a neutral mediator to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all parties involved.

2. Independent Investigation: We call for a thorough investigation of the actual perpetrators within leadership, including the VP, Director, Assistant Director, and other identified individuals who have perpetuated this toxic culture. These individuals must be held accountable for their actions that have caused immense suffering.

3. Implementation of Anti-Bullying and Anti-Racism Practices: Establish and enforce clear practices that define unacceptable behaviors and outline strict consequences for those who engage in bullying or discriminatory actions. These practices must be actively implemented and monitored in reality, not just for policies and compliance.

4. Secure Reporting Mechanism: Create a confidential and secure system for employees to report incidents of bullying and discrimination without fear of retaliation or violence. This system should be managed by an independent third party to ensure accountability and transparency.

5. Education and Awareness Programs: Implement comprehensive training programs that educate all employees about their legal rights, workplace ethics, and the importance of a respectful and supportive work environment.
